Great place for lunch in Coyoacán. It's on the expensive side but not bad considering the area. The Enchiladas 3 Moles were delicious. The drinks were good too. The staff was super friendly.

The place is beautiful and the service is great but unfortunately food didn't meet our expectations. We also received one of the dishes with incorrect filling but the servers were kind enough to correct the mistake and bring us the right dish. "Sopes de chorizo de pulpo" was the tastiest dish we had. Unfortunately, "Chile de elote" was missing calabazas and epazote that it was supposed to have, making the stuffed pepper very bland. Mole teloloapan had good taste, but the chicken that it came with was dry.

I wish I could give this place more stars because it really was a nice place and the service was good. But the main dish was a bit of a let down. The mole did not have an authentic Mexican taste. I feel like it was their own recipe and they didn't quite nail it. I wish it could've been better and I would have definitely recommend the place 100% and on top of that they had a small menu and a very limited selection of beers. Nonetheless it's a nice place and a bit pricey for what it was. Your just paying for the location and not the food.

Authentic Mexican flavors with 5 ⭐service! Thank you, Aldo. We were a group of 12 (11 adults and a 6 yr old) located in the beautiful area of Coyoacan. The restaurant decor is also 5⭐, we were seated in a small private area perfect for our party. Everything we ate and drank was a wonderful experience from the Paloma and its delicious tequila to the guacamole with grasshoppers, La arrachera with steamed vegetables, we all enjoyed several of the shareable items preferred from menu.

Such a nice place with relaxed environment, a cool fusion of Mexican cuisine and a modern lounge to spend time with your beloved ones. All personnel were so kind and friendly, willing to advise if it's your first visit with them. The food was awesome, all flavors as traditional Mexican cuisine as expected. The mixology was also good per the drinks recomended. Ask for Marlene as your waitress. She will walk you through to have a nice experience.

Amazing food and vibes! Our server Daniel Del Valle was on top of it and made sure we were always attended too and content. 100% will be back again when I'm back in Mexico City! I highly recommend ordering the tlayudas when there.

I went here for lunch one day while visiting the town. The restaurant atmosphere was great and the restaurant was very beautiful. I had tortillas and sauce to start off and then had a meat dish for my entrée and then acorn cake dish for dessert. I also had a Mezcal punch to go with it. The servers were excellent, and the food arrived quickly and was accurate. All of the food and drink tasted very good and I would definitely come back.

This restaurant, located at Parque Centenario 9A, offers a culinary adventure that marries authentic Mexican flavors with a warm, inviting ambiance. With a reputation that precedes it, Corazon de Maguey invites diners to experience its creative take on traditional dishes, all served with exceptional care and attention.

Reviewers have sung praises for the Enchiladas 3 Moles, hailed as a standout dish that embodies the essence of Mexican cuisine. The enticing array of flavors creates a delightful explosion in every bite. However, not all dishes have garnered unanimous acclaim; some have remarked on inconsistency in flavors, particularly with their Mole Teloloapan. While the complex sauce shows promise, opportunities for improvement remain. Karla O. found the lunch experience delightful, emphasizing the hearty flavors and the super friendly service that enhanced the visit.

One of the restaurant's culinary highlights is its unique Sopes de Chorizo de Pulpo, which garnered enthusiasm from diners like Ekaterina Braga, who described it as the tastiest item on the menu. Yet, the journey through Corazon de Maguey does require a willingness to explore various offerings as flavors can occasionally miss the mark, as noted by FERNANDO in his assessment of the mole. Despite this, diners often leave with fond memories of the beautiful decor and attentive staff, contributing to an overall positive dining experience.

Delia Perez perfectly encapsulates the restaurant's charm, applauding not only the authentic flavors but also the ability of the staff to cater to larger parties, creating a perfect setting for family gatherings. Robyn Winters, an American traveler, emphasized how Corazon de Maguey offered her a true Mexican culinary experience, rich in unique textures and delightful flavors. Their offerings aim to transport you through the heart of Mexico, culminating in a meal that is about more than just food; it’s about connection and celebration.

In summary, Corazon de Maguey has managed to captivate the essence of Mexican culture, offering good service and a multi-sensory experience worth exploring, all while situated in a picturesque area of Coyoacán. For those who cherish authentic Mexican cuisine with a touch of creativity, a visit here promises not only delicious meals but also memorable moments.
